For the last 2 days Witherlea School has been involved in a huge project that will result in an installation, in 2016, of thousands of clay daffodils made by children throughout Marlborough, to raise money for the Cancer Society. The photos show the process from intial design to cutting out the clay and finally painting. We were also lucky to be able to help Rooms 1 and 2 with making their daffodils! The daffodils will now be taken to be fired. Thanks to Mrs Holmes and Mrs Turbitt who worked with all the classes in the whole school.
