The first part of Friday morning is all about homework! First of all we have the times table test. You can see how well the children are doing with learning their times tables by looking at the "Times Table Ladder"!
After that the children work with their buddies to test each other on their spelling words.
I check the books every week to see how the children are getting on with their spelling words, times tables and also to check that they are reading at least 4 times a week.
They might even earn themselves a Perfect Homework sticker!
I am really impressed by how many children have earned themselves a Reading Reward and also that FOUR children have already earned themselves two rewards! That means that they have read for at least 80 nights since the beginning of the year!! Well done to Mia, Jemimah, Lucy and Ryan :-)
